Our limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in hardware and motors on all blinds purchased and installed by Smart Blinds Shop.
What's covered
- Hardware: lifetime against manufacturing defects
- Motors: 5 years parts and labour
- Fabric: 3 years against premature wear under normal use
- Installation workmanship: 1 year
What's not covered
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper cleaning
- Normal wear of fabrics and cords beyond the fabric warranty term
- Modifications made after installation by anyone outside our team
- Acts of nature (flooding, fire, etc.)
